Las Vegas has the spread at Cal giving 20 points to Hawaii. So Las Vegas is saying CAL will win the game the question is will they cover the 20 points?. The Line might move to 19 at kickoff.

Three Months ago Las Vegas was awarded it's first Major league Sports Team an NHL Franchise. That same week The Oakland Raiders starting talking about moving it's NFL team to Las Vegas.
Las Vegas is about to become a big time Sports City. STIGZA is based in Las Vegas as of today STIGZA will be adding Sports to the mix. NASCAR and the NHRA have been racing in Las Vegas for years.
If the NFL lets the Raiders move to Las Vegas.
