GM News the 2012 Buick Verano details reveal four possible trim combinations ranging from $20,900 to $26,200 in price. All models are powered by a 180-horsepower, 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine and a six-speed automatic transmission. The Verano will share much of its design with the Chinese-market Excelle GT.

Buick Blackhawk

The Buick Blackhawk show car is a hand-built custom 2+2 convertible developed to celebrate Buick's 100-year anniversary in 2003. It's built from modified components and panels taken from various Buicks from 1939 to 1986. It includes a retractable carbon-fiber top, which is stored inside the deck-lid. The interior is hand-tooled using many 1996 Riviera pieces. It is powered by a 1970 vintage 455-cubic-inch Buick GS Stage III V8 engine. It produces 463 horsepower and 510 foot pounds of torque.

Buick Regal is Back

Buick Regal (1973 - 2004) is BACK In November 2009, GM revealed the Buick Regal model at the LA Auto Show the new Regal will debut with the 2.4L Ecotec I4 rated at 182 hp. A turbocharged 2.0L Ecotec I4 rated at an estimated 220 hp will be available later this year. Both will come with 6-speed automatic transmission. Jim Frederico, chief engineer for Buick, announced that a 6-speed manual will be available shortly after launch. A hybrid variant will soon follow. The 2011 Regal will be offered only in CXL trim, with other trim levels expected for 2012. The CXL trim will start at $26,995 USD, with the CXL Turbo trim starting at $29,495. An entry-level CX trim will be available in 2012.
