Christine : This 1983 horror film about a supernaturally malevolent red-and-white 1957 Plymouth Fury and the teenager who owns it was adapted from the novel Christine written by Stephen King. When geeky Arnie restores a beat-up old car, he assumes an aggressive new persona; unfortunately for his friends — and enemies — his beloved but demonic automobile has a murderous personality, and kills everybody who crosses its path, including assembly plant workers, bullies, and former owners. A remake of Christine is in the works.
